It depends on the fault and the part. After diagnosis you get a clear quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
The service call is free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to repair, we’ll explain any diagnostic charge up front when you book.
Yes. Every repair is covered by a warranty on our labour, and replacement parts carry a parts warranty — in most cases it follows the manufacturer’s warranty for that part. Your technician will explain the exact coverage for your repair.
We use genuine OEM parts or high-quality equivalents, and carry the most common parts in our vans so many repairs are finished on the first visit.
Most repairs are completed on the first visit. If a special part must be ordered, we’ll schedule the return visit as soon as it arrives.
If the appliance is in good condition overall, a repair is usually far cheaper than replacement. We’ll give you an honest recommendation after diagnosis.
Major credit and debit cards, e-Transfer and cash. Payment is taken once the repair is complete.
Clear access to the appliance, note the brand and model number if you can, and for washers or dishwashers remove any standing water you safely can.
